Cancellation Policy

Respecting Everyone’s Time 💩

At The Root Chakra Holistic Health Center, we do our best to stay on time, fully present, and prepared for every client appointment.


Many of our sessions are:


  • time-intensive
  • customized
  • and reserved specifically for you


Because of this, we kindly ask for:


at least 24 hours notice

for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than:

24 hours notice will incur a: $40 rescheduling fee.

This also applies to:

⏰ Same-day cancellations ❌ No-shows 📅 Missed appointments

Last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill appointment times that were specifically reserved for you.


This policy helps us:

  • respect everyone’s time
  • keep scheduling running smoothly
  • remain fair to clients waiting for appointments
  • and continue providing high-quality care and attention to every session.

We Understand Life Happens

We understand emergencies and unexpected situations can happen.

If something unavoidable comes up, please communicate with us as soon as possible and we’ll always do our best to work with you.

Arriving Late

If you arrive late, your session time may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.

In some situations, appointments may need to be rescheduled if there is not enough time remaining to safely complete the session.
